Security & monitoring

Cameras on the lot, people watching them.

A vacant lot or a yard with equipment and trailers is a target, and a camera nobody watches only tells you afterwards. We install the cameras, our monitoring team watches the feeds 24 hours a day and acts on what they see, and when there is an incident a Texas-licensed private investigator comes to the site, documents what happened and works with you, your insurer and law enforcement.

What's included

  • Camera installation

Pole-mounted cameras with night vision and solar or hard-wired power, placed to cover the gate, the fence line and the storage areas; cellular uplink where there is no internet.

  • 24/7 live monitoring

Real people, not just motion alerts. Our monitoring team watches the feeds, speaks to intruders through on-site speakers, and calls you and law enforcement according to the response plan you set.

  • Incident response

A Texas-licensed private investigator visits the site after an incident, documents the scene and the footage, interviews witnesses and prepares a report for your insurer or the police.

  • Ongoing service

Monthly health checks on every camera, footage retained per your plan, and clips delivered to you on request.

How a job runs

  1. 1

    Site survey

We map the lot, the entrance, the blind spots and the power and signal options, then propose camera positions and a response plan.

  2. 2

    Install and test

Poles, cameras, power and uplink installed and tested with you on the phone, so you see exactly what the monitoring team sees.

  3. 3

    Monitoring starts

Your response plan is live: who gets called, in what order, and when law enforcement is dispatched.

  4. 4

    Investigate when needed

On an incident the investigator is dispatched, the footage is preserved and the report is in your hands for the claim.

Questions we hear

Does monitoring need internet on the lot?
No. Cameras can run on solar power with a cellular uplink, which is how most rural and vacant lots are set up.
Who owns the cameras?
You can buy the equipment outright or include it in the monthly service; either way the footage is yours.
What does the investigator actually do?
After an incident they document the scene and the recorded footage, identify vehicles and people where possible, take statements, and prepare a written report you can hand to your insurer or the police. Investigations are performed under a Texas Private Security Bureau license.
