Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to explore land on this site. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Keyboard access for navigation, filters, galleries and concept tabs, with visible focus states.
  • Text contrast designed to meet AA ratios; motion reduced when your device asks for it.
  • Text alternatives for images and concept plans, and property facts presented as structured text — not only on maps.

Known limitations

Interactive maps can be difficult to use with some assistive technologies. Key map information — location, nearby highways and approximate distances — is also given as text on each property page, and we can provide boundary details in another format on request.
