Secure perimeter
Fence it, gate it, light it.
A yard is only as useful as its perimeter. We build commercial chain-link, welded-wire and steel fencing with barbed or razor wire where it is allowed, cantilever slide gates sized for tractor-trailers with keypads or card readers, and LED lighting on the entrance and the fence line — the same elements our concept plans draw for each lot.
What's included
Commercial fencing
8-ft galvanized chain link with barbed-wire topper as the standard; welded wire, ornamental steel or privacy slats where the use or the deed restrictions call for it.
Truck-rated gates
Cantilever slide gates 30 to 40 ft wide with heavy-duty operators, keypads, card or phone access, and safety loops; swing gates for smaller entrances.
Lighting
LED pole lights at the entrance and along the fence line, with the poles, bases and conduit our crews set.
Entrance apron
Flared curb returns and a stabilized apron so a tractor-trailer turns in off the road without tearing up the shoulder.
How a job runs
- 1
Layout
We stake the fence line on the boundary (your survey, or the county outline with a clear note that it isn't a survey) and place the gate for truck turn-in.
- 2
Fixed quote
Linear feet, gate size, access control and lighting itemized, with the schedule.
- 3
Build
Posts set in concrete, fabric and wire hung, gate and operator installed, power run, lights set. Most yards take one to two weeks.
- 4
Hand-over
Gate codes and remotes, operator manuals and a photo set of the finished perimeter.
Questions we hear
- Can you build on the county parcel line?
- We can stake from the appraisal-district outline, but it is not a survey and can be off by several feet. For a permanent fence on a shared line we recommend a survey first — we can arrange one.
- Do gates need a permit?
- Driveway and curb-cut work on a public road usually needs a permit from the city or county; the fence itself often doesn't outside city limits. We handle the applications that apply.
- Do you also do the yard surface?
- Yes — crushed concrete or limestone base and asphalt are quoted together with the perimeter when you want the whole site finished.
